Some say whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Is this the case with brussel sprouts? Some may say yes, it’s exactly the same as Popeye and his spinach…but I’m not so convinced. I mean there’s got to be a line, like a little fuzzy grey area, where something may or may not kill you and you can’t really be sure either way. I think in those cases it’s best not to try it. I think brussel sprouts could very well be one of those cases.

And I mean really, death by brussel sprout does not sound like the brightest way to go out. I’d be rather embarrased myself.
