Dear world,
Why is it raining? I wore nice strapy shoes today, and you’re endevouring to fill them with puddles. My perfectly brushed hair has retaliated and gone frizzy because of you. Mid-february is not the time to wear jackets.
I understand that some places need rain, but those places are not here right now. Please cease and desist.

Rain can put such a downer on your day. Rain is what makes you not get out of bed in the morning and what makes you want to go back to bed as soon as you do. Rain makes you drink too much coffee, eat too many pies, be unproductive and lazy and generally sulky. Some people like rain. I like rain when I’m sleeping and it doesn’t affect my life.
