So I’ve got some good news and a bit more good news and then ooh probably some more good news, oh and a smidgen of the bad stuff, just so we don’t get sick of the sickly sweetness of life.

Good news dosage one:
I SUCCESSFULLY shopped with Blaise, like I told you I was going to. I purchase TWO pairs of pants. TWO! How? Well there was a bit of flicking through racks, some trial fitting, an exchange of money. Yes, that’s how it happened. Do these pants fit the bill? Well mostly, do they fit me? Not just yet. They are as previously mentioned at least a metre too long, so will be needing some attention from someone who can successfully alter clothing without including any extra fingers or toes in the stitching. Not only did I get pants though, woah no. I went a step further and got TWO skirts and a top! Which all actually fit! And in my opinion look kinda stylish. Alright, enough of this feminity. Onwards to…

Good news dosage two:
I’m still working on this pre 21st list. I’ve added some more items and set to work on crossing some off.

1 – Participate in a dance fight

2 – Be signed off as a ceroc teacher

3 – Have my fortune told

4 – Road trip to Thames

5 – Plant a herb garden

6 – Plan an overseas trip

7 – Send three thank you cards

8 – Upgrade the W!R webpage

9 – Grow and eat my very own passionfruit

Any additions? Any ideas? Almost half way there!

Good news dosage three:
There are leftover Halloween lollies. Which is relief, I seriously needed some after a couple of the treaters I had turn up last night. A rather large tweenage boy turned up dressed as ‘a robber’, balaclava and black hoodie included. I was a bit nervous he might come back after dark if I had any leftover lollies, all the doors and windows were securely fastened just in case. Needless to say I made it through the night, lollies and all.

Slightly bad news – to offset:
I put a $2 bet on a horsie at work for the Melbourne Cup. I thought it was going to win. It didn’t. I lost $2. Moral: Gambling ain’t all it’s cracked up to be.

More good news to end on a high note:
I’m going to Paris. Watch this space.
