Woah baby! What a weekend!

What a relief to have the Ceroc Nationals behind me and a little bit more sleep on the horizon! Was an awesome day though and some of my dancing buddies did exceptionally well. Proudest moment for me was having our Advanced Team announced as winners, so glad it all came together so well and all the time spent practising paid off.

So after a ridiculously long Saturday (7am – 2am!) it was Sunday and time for my oldest neice to have a 6th birthday party! They certainly grow up quick! My lovely mum made an amazing butterfly shaped cake decorated with the most delicious berry lollies (you know the kind with the syrupy stuff in the middle that kind of oozes out when you bite down…yum) and there was lots of dancing and prancing about.

That was the end of my energy supplies though, got home and conked out on the couch for an hour (while my sister took embarrasing couch-napping photos of me (oh dear!)) Woke up just in time to eat dinner and go back to bed. Oh might I just add, the flat maties made the most delicious Mushroom Lasagne for dinner. I’m hoping that will become a more regular occurance, hint hint.

Also! If you hadn’t noticed, today is the beginning of W!R issue 15! Aptly themed for the impending silly season. You also may have noticed a little toolbar there at the bottom of your screen.
