A somewhat gross start to the week over here at W!R. Sorry about that.

Thing is, sometimes these things catch your eye, not literally I mean (unless you’re loitering around stage 7). But it’s ALWAYS incredibly uncomfortable, atleast for me, when you realise the kid next to you on the bus is about a stage 4, or the old man eating mashed potatoes in his rest home is up around a stage 6. It’s hard not to stare.

If you are one of these people, PLEASE remedy the situation. For the good of the world. If you’re above a stage 3, you’ve gone too far.

Topic change!

So one of the things on my to-do before I’m 21 list is write a childrens book…this is proving to be harder than I expected. I can’t seem to pick a topic and when I do I think up one page or sentence on it and then I can’t go any further. I’ve started at least 6 childrens stories. I still don’t know if I’ve started the right one yet.

And what I do when I’m unsure like that, is Google it. Yeah, I googled writing childrens books and stuff and you know what I found? Quite a lot of rubbish BUT ALSO this website called Blurb.

They seem pretty cool as a one-off type book printer. Prices seem pretty reasonable  and the software to put your book together is totally free (not that it’s particularly useful unless you’re using it solely for Blurb publishing). So that’s my plan now. I’m going to write this book sometime in the next week (my goodness, that’s all the time I have now?!) and then by Christmas, I will have it fully illustrated and printed through this Blurb place. And it will be good.

Anyway, since I’ve only got a week, I freakin’ better get cracking!

(Oh PS, Wednesday will bring you a colour update! Weiiiiiird…)
