Sooo, long time no see.
I’ve been baking. Obsessively. Too much. There’s cookies and cakes. There has been slices and other cakes, pies and muffins. I’ve been on a roll. I’ve been reading about making rolls too. I haven’t got that far yet. I’m still going though and I’ll get there. Sometime soon I’m sure.
What have you been doing? It’s been a long time, surely you’ve been up to something interesting?
I ‘ve added another pair of trophies to the trophy window sill area, which is always fantastic and exciting. Two second places from the Waikato ceroc champs. You can see one of our performances in there here video..

I’ve also been getting psyched out about my trip to Europe. It’s coming so quick. So quick.
