My my apple pie! It sure does take some time to recover from a holiday. Really shouldn’t a holiday be time to recover for day to day life?
Well regardless, I’ve been sleeping like a rock and still waking up sleepy. Of course I’m not complaining that I got a holiday or anything. Definitely not. I’m still quite excited about it, and also the fact that I’ll be holidaying again in oh, perhaps about a month? Down to Taranaki for the Ceroc Champs.
But that will be after this Halloween special is all finished. Until then lets keep things spooky…and it’s always spooky when the lights suddenly go out, and you’re left all alone in the dark. This has happened to me a few times, most frequently during power cuts though. You know how it is..
Wow! Panel 2, Deba. That’s gotta be you’re best drawing so far. The way Tiger’s leaning, like she’s got her weight on one foot (which also happens to be the side that’s holding up the lamp). That + shading = très bien.

I’ve actually started drawing the comic at a larger size and have discovered it’s so much easier to get nice smooth appealing drawings. I’m going to keep at it!
